We are specialists in insurance property losses and work for both insurers and insured parties. Claims are broad and varied, ranging from simple flat roof water ingress issues to large, multi- faceted problems, involving expert services.

Healthcare

Our involvement in this sector can be quantity surveying and project management in relation to the build itself, for example, a large nursing home, or simply as provider of a detailed cost assessment for insurance purposes.

Residential

We have been involved in a number of innovative projects for private clients, helping to realise their development goals and to facilitate a smooth and efficient process throughout. We are able to provide the client with professional surveying and project management services to match their vision.

Heritage

We are engaged to provide independent cost advice on a number of heritage buildings throughout the UK. Our work involves advising on scope and reinstatement costs following damage to the property in question as a result of fire, storm damage etc.

Local Authority

Working for Local Authority bodies, we are regularly engaged to carry out high level surveying services in connection with properties that fall under their remit. Through review, assessment and reporting, we are able to provide these clients with detailed information regarding any required remedial works.
