This is at the heart of any construction project and the building surveyor is the link between the client and the contracting world. At Chris Potter Associates Ltd we are able to provide a detailed evaluation of a property’s condition, highlighting any flaws or defects, advising and reporting on the same and identifying the necessary remedial works required. We have been involved in a wide variety of property and construction projects, reporting on building defects, alterations, extensions, renovations and the design of new buildings. More recently, we have become involved in sustainability, energy consumption and preservation of historic buildings.
