Chris Potter Associates was engaged to conduct a full technical high level review and report of roof design and ventilation design at the property, along with the compliance with building regulations at the time. In addition to this the company was also required to review and report on the planned remedial works.

Compete project management services provided for the design and construction of a new, detached country dwelling and garage. The property is constructed in harmony with the local rural surroundings and utilises natural slate roofs, stone, render and stained timber walls. Consideration needed to be given to the fact that the property is located within an Area of Great Landscape Value, and also, its situation in relation to a floodplain.
