QS services in order to advise on the cause and remedy of defects reported at the property, specifically in relation to the roof areas. The property is a newly constructed substantial, detached, three-storey house, completed in 2016.

To provide a cost assessment for removal and replacement of the original cladding system at the property. The building consists of 45 residential dwellings, constructed in 2016.

Professional quantity surveying and project management services in relation to the diagnosis and subsequent rectification of latent defects to the roofing system at the property. The property is a recently constructed 4 bedroom home, elevated off ground level to avoid flood damage from the adjacent River Thames.
