Heatree Roundhouse
Dartmoor, Devon.
Professional quantity surveying services in order to provide a damage reinstatement cost validation for building insurance purposes. The building is a newly constructed, Bronze Age roundhouse, constructed of local Dartmoor granite stone, with a hazelwood and reed roof.

Salisbury Cathedral
To provide independent cost advice to assist with validation of the cost of reinstatement following structural damage to the cathedral roof caused by Storm Eunice in February 2022. Chris Potter Associates Ltd was engaged to inspect the damage to the building and provide an assessment of the claim/construction costs presented, establishing if they are reasonable and reflective of current market costs.

Professional quantity surveying services to review costs associated with storm damage to the lead roof of the South West Tower and Nursery Tower of Wilton House caused by Storm Eunice in February 2022.
