Elemental building cost estimate for insurance purposes. The building is part of a Grade II listed terrace of buildings, constructed in a mid-Georgian style in 1787. It is currently used as a dental surgery.

Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for construction of 10 Bedroom Extension to existing care home to create a specialist Dementia Care Facility.

Primrose House

Westward Ho! Devon.

Design, QS and PM services provided for construction of a three storey care home. The building consists of 30 ensuite bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, two sluice rooms, accessible bathrooms, three lounges, a hair salon and various other offices, staff facilities and stores.
